Puritan's Pride Psyllium Husks 500 Mg, Supports Digestive and Colon Health, 400 ct, by Puritan's Pride.... is a really good psyllium fiber supplement at a really good value. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I haven't had any problems with them sticking. This supplement works and this is a good value for 400 capsules. I will definitely purchase this brand again in the future. Two thumbs up!
