Are you an introvert?
Many introverts struggle with the challenges of living in a world that rewards the outgoing extrovert.
Extroverts are often seen as the “good outgoing leaders” and the “go to” people while many introverts could do even better work, but are left out in the cold. Success in life often come down to the perceptions of others, not the reality, and introverts can often be poor at selling themselves.
In our new book, Confident You: An Introvert's Guide to Success in Life and Business, my co-author Rebecca Livermore and I have created a book designed to help introverts to achieve success in life and business without needing to sacrifice “who” they are.
Here's more information on this book….
Succeeding as an Introvert in an Extroverted World
Being an introvert is not a bad thing. Without introverts, society would be full of outgoing and social people but a lot fewer artists, analysts, scientists, doctors, writers, engineers, and designers. On the other hand, our society often celebrates and rewards the outgoing extroverts, leaving the hardworking and creative introverts on the outside looking in.
The goal of Confident You is NOT to try to make an introvert into an extrovert. Instead, we aim to help you capitalize on the positive aspects of being an introvert, while helping you overcome the less positive aspects of introversion.
