We live in a society where it's almost second nature for us to put our needs and wants behind others. It is a statement of what you desire from life, as well as a way to lift your spirits and boost your self-confidence. Morning is the ideal time for affirmations, but they also proven to be effective at bed time to promote a good night’s sleep.
Kids face challenges just as we do. While they may not carry the same financial burdens as adults, they still worry about many of the same things. Things like:

Affirmations are one of the most powerful tools you can have in your arsenal when it comes to promoting self-confidence, self-awareness and mental health. When you feel good about yourself and believe that anything is possible, it is next to impossible to fail.
Your children owe it to themselves to be the best version of who they are… to flourish and be truly happy. When they are young, that may require some help on your part.
