I am sure it is obvious, but having a positive attitude, like in the quotes above, is a key to positivity.

I will admit, on a Monday morning, before I have had my cup of coffee, the incessantly positive person who always seems to be “up” can be a little big annoying to my sensibilities. I am switching from weekend to work-week mindset and a little bit grumpy about it.
But I think the only reason I may get grumpy in that situation is because I am a bit jealous of the abundance of positivity they are able to bring forth at 8:15 am on a monday morning.
Being positive in the workplace may take a little bit extra effort. Specifically if you are doing a job that you “have to do” because you need the money and not a job that you “love” to do regardless of pay.
